Damage

Should your product be damaged in transit or if you believe you have identified a fault, please contact our team at shop@fogs.com.au to coordinate a repair or replacement.

 

Change of Mind 

Memorabilia: We are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests for memorabilia due to the limited edition and special nature of our products. Most of our items are specially produced to order and, as such, each is a Firm Sale, and a change of mind cancellation or refund request will not be accepted. FOGS will not accept any returns for a change of mind.   

 

Merchandise:  We are happy to offer you a refund for change of mind on most full price merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.  Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Return your online merchandise purchase at FOGS HQ free of charge.  To submit a return request, contact us at shop@fogs.com.au.

 

Please ensure you have acquired all relevant information before purchasing. If FOGS deems it cannot fulfil your order, it will be refunded in full.
