RETURNS

Should your product be damaged in transit or if you believe you have identified a fault, please contact our team at shop@fogs.com.au to coordinate a repair or replacement.

We are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests due to the limited edition and special nature of our products. Most of our items are specially produced to order and, as such, each is a Firm Sale, and a change of mind cancellation or refund request will not be accepted. FOGS LIMITED will not accept any returns for a change of mind.   

Please ensure you have acquired all relevant information before purchasing. If FOGS LIMITED deems it cannot fulfil your order, it will be refunded in full.
